Free Local delivery within Norwich
We deliver to home or work addresses within the Norwich and greater norwich area for free on orders totaling over £35. You will need to be there to recieve your order or have someone available to recieve it such as a friend, work colleague or nieghbour. Qualifying delivery postcodes NR1 – NR8, NR10 3, NR12 8, NR13 4, NR13 5, NR13 6, NR14 7, NR14 8
We require at least 2 days notice for delivery orders and 1 days notice on “click & collect” orders.
Out of stock items
If for some reason there is an item that you have ordered and it is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange to either swap the item for something similar or offer you a refund on the item.
All consignments are made to order and vacuum packed or in over wrapped trays to ensure that goods arrive in acceptable hygienic state. 95% of our products* are provided fresh with a “use by” or “best before” date so that you have the choice of eating some of your order over the next couple of days with no hassle, or you can pop it straight into the freezer for a later date.
*Some ready meals and pies are sold frozen, in the event of them defrosting in transit please do not re-freeze and use within 2 days.”
