Beef wellingtons: egg wash and cook for 30-40 minutes on 190oc . actual lean meat 25%. Potatoes: remove lid and place in hot oven (190oc) for 30-40 minutes until piping hot Red wine or peppercorn sauce: Remove from container and reheat in pan or microwave. Vegetables: Reheat in steamer or microwave.
