2 x 200g Bavette steaks (normally cut from the rump or thick skirt)
2 x 200g Flat iron steaks (cut from the blade or feather steak)
2 x 200g Onglet steaks (if Onglet is unavailable then it will be substituted with skirt steak)
2 x 200g Pave steaks (Thick cut steak from the rump)
