Description
Great Taste Gold award winning ham Supplied by Hilltop Smokehouse, Suffolk. The ham is cured the traditional way in a brine mixture and then cooked overnight, then glazed with honey and roasted giving it a sweet but not overpowering flavour. No flavourings, colourings added, ham the way it should taste!
