Great Taste Gold award winning smoked ham Supplied by Hilltop Smokehouse, Suffolk. The ham is cured the traditional way in a brine mixture then smoked over oak for 12 hours and then cooked overnight. No flavourings, colourings added, ham the way it should taste!
Ingredients: pork, water, salt, preservative E250,E251, Natural beech smoke, Glaze (Honey, Orange juice, brown sugar) SULPHITES.
