cooking instrucions | Cooking instructions for valentine’s meals Beef Wellington Remove from packaging place on a non-stick baking tray, leave for 1 hour at room temperature. pre-heat the oven to 220oc. Egg wash pastry and place in top shelf for 20-25 minutes. Dauphinoise potatoes Cooking instructions are on the pack but if you intend on cooking in the same oven as the wellingtons/rack of lamb they need to be covered with foil on the lowest shelf. Vegetables Pierce lid and microwave for 2-2 ½ minutes on high, rest for 2 minutes. Sauce Gently re-heat on medium heat, simmer for 1-2 minutes. |
