Cooking tips

Cooking - Defrost. (micro) pierce lid, cook for 5 minutes on high. (Oven) remove lid, place in oven 190 oc for 25 minutes. Actual meat content 15%,Keep frozen; store at -18 degrees or below; once defrosted use within 2 days.
