Local Delivery Within Norwich

We deliver to home or work addresses within the Norwich and greater Norwich.  You will need to be there to receive your order or have someone available to receive it such as a friend, work colleague or neighbour. We deliver to Norwich and the greater Norwich area with the exception of some areas of west Norwich due to time constraints. For qualifying areas please enter your postcode in the checkout to find if you qualify for delivery.

Out of stock items

If, for some reason, an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange to either swap the item for something similar or offer you a refund for the unavailable product.

All consignments are made to order and vacuum packed or in over wrapped trays to ensure that goods arrive in acceptable hygienic state. 95% of our products*  are provided fresh with a “use by” or “best before”  date so that you have the choice of eating some of your order over the next couple of days with no hassle, or you can pop it straight into the freezer for a later date.

*Some ready meals and pies are sold frozen. In the event of them defrosting in transit, please do not re-freeze but use within 2 days.
