When can I collect my order?

Orders placed before 1p.m. will be available for collection from 8:30a.m. the following day.

Collections are only availabe Wednesday-Saturdays.

What do I need to bring when I collect my order?

When you collect, please show us the proof of purchase email you received when you placed your order. You can show us this on your mobile phone or other device, or you can print out the receipt email confirming your order and bring that with you.

What if an item I have ordered is out of stock?

If for some reason there is an item that you have ordered and it is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange to either swap the item for a similar alternative or offer you a refund on the item.

How long will you hold my order?

Due to the nature of the fresh produce we sell, naturally we cannot keep your order indefinitely. So please collect your order within 48 hours of the time of collection. After that we cannot guarantee your order will be kept, and no refunds will be given.
