    One of our Superb Racks of lamb encrusted with a mix of fresh herbs, breadcrumbs and Dijon mustard.

  • Stuffed Saddle of Lamb
    Boneless saddle of lamb stuffed with a redcurrant and rosemary stuffing and dried apricots.

  • Porchetta Traditional Italian Pork Roast
    Boneless Loin and belly of pork rolled & stuffed with garlic, and spice mixture that features plenty of fennel and black pepper as well as crushed red pepper, citrus zest, fresh rosemary & sage.

  • Boneless Stuffed Glazed Shoulder of Lamb
    Half or whole Boneless shoulder of lamb stuffed with orange & rosemary stuffing supplied with a pot of orange & rosemary glaze.
